Secret Cache - Costa Rica Tarrazu
It's back! Our first purchase was small, and it was a mistake because this is one of our favourite coffees now. We've been searching high and low for another supplier, and we've finally found one.
It's a high altitude bean with great flavour and sweetness that works really well with milk. We've roasted this one to just before second crack, so you get plenty of caramel and brown sugar with a hint of chocolate.

How we brew it:
Espresso Machine: Typically using a 1:1.5 ratio with around 20g in and 30g of espresso out with around 200ml of textured milk.
Tasting notes:
Expect caramel, brown sugar, chocolate and a hint of honey.
Being secret cache and rare in our inventory, this one isn't roasted to order.
