This is a limited edition birthday secret cache! The El Bombon is grown at high altitudes (above 1700 msl) in Papayin, Cauca at the base of Purace volcano. High altitude and volcanic soil combine with consistent temperatures and rainfall  to create an absolutely stunning coffee. These beans are hand picked, washed and sun-dried on patios and parabolic beds and are hand sorted.

Filter. Black.

Ratio is 1:15 using around 15g of coarse ground coffee.

Tasting notes:

Expect cocoa, toffee apple and a sweet aftertaste.
