This one is a little different. The Costa Rica Miel is a specialty honey processed coffee named after the Spanish word for honey (Miel). It's a high altitude bean with great flavour. We've roasted this one half way to second crack which brings out a fantastic natural sweetness and lets its origin shine through. Sweeter and fruiter than a normal Tarrazu, it packs a lot in. Not much of this one available, when its gone, its gone.
