This blend was hand crafted for a bunch of legends providing top cover in the top end and it's so good we had to open it up to everyone. Expect a thick syrupy body which is super smooth and dangerously easy to drink.

Origins: PNG, Burundi and India

How we brew it:

Espresso machine. Served as a flat white, latte or cappuccino.

We use a dose of 20g with a ratio of 1:2-2.5 (40-50g of espresso out).

Tasting notes:

Cocoa, toffee, stone fruit and macadamia.

Roasting:

Medium

Please note: coffee beans need to degas prior to being ground. If you order ground coffee we may need a couple of days to ensure that your fresh coffee is ground in its optimal flavour window if we don't have any readily available. But don't stress, if this happens we will express post to you at no extra charge.
