Secret Cache - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
Have you ever wanted to be one of those people who can drink black coffee but you can't stomach the bitterness? Well our Ethiopia Yiracheffe single origin will give you hope. Very delicate, with bright acidity and lots of florals this coffee is absolutely amazing as a pour over coffee, or served as a milk based espresso using a double ristretto. Our stock is limited, and when it's gone, it's gone.

Washed
How we brew it:
Moccamaster: Served either black or with milk, coarse grind, dosing at 80g per litre.
Espresso Machine: Double ristretto (20g) served as either an iced latte or flat white.
Tasting notes:
Depending on your method you'll get different results.
For espresso style drinks expect stone fruit and caramel which turns to toffee with the addition of milk.
For filter style expect jasmine and citrus.
This one isn't roasted to order as we find that it needs longer to de-gas and reach its full potential. We roast this one every two weeks.
