This is a limited edition birthday secret cache! The Sierra Madre is from the Chiapas region in Mexico, the oldest and largest coffee producing region in the country. Grown between 1200 and 1800 metres, rich soil and abundant rain create perfect coffee growing conditions. Light forests provide ideal shade for coffee crops and help provide protection for diverse wildlife. But don't worry, this coffee hasn't been through a civets digestive tract.

How we brew it:

Espresso: Flat white, latte or cappuccino.

Recipe is 20g of ground coffee extracting 40g of liquid espresso.
